New Moon ~ Solar Eclipse~ 10/25/22 ~ 2 Degrees in Scorpio

When the Moon in Scorpio conjuncts the Sun in Scorpio and the South Node. A change and transformation is gonna come.

It’s the New Moon conjunct the Sun that is the beginning of a new cycle, yes. However, its the Solar Eclipse that opens up the galactic gates of consciousness. When that occurs it encourages experiences that enables us to move forward while integrating the wisdom of lessons learned from the past. To take stock of how we got from there to where we are now.

This Scorpio New Moon Solar Eclipse occurs in the spirit of rebirth, redemption and transformation. To open the doorway to a creative new beginning. A birthing born out of comprehending the knowledge gleaned from the depths of lived experiences.

The Grand Air Trine with Mars in Gemini at the pinnacle puts the emphasis on actual lived experiences as the operative thought. That is thanks be to the curiosity and natural love of learning that Gemini imbues Mars’s fiery instinctual drive with. This makes Mars transiting thru Gemini fan the flames of voracious curiosity and the knowledge and understanding born out of actual lived experiences.

It is fascinating to ponder the creative enthusiasm of Mars fired up by the Airy intellect of Gemini. There is contained within this some sort of comic relief. It could be quite funny, in fact even silly as Mars imbued with a curious burning hunger is moving forward, becoming quite intrigued, then being motivated to breathe in speculative and utter mindful thoughts.

This has the potential to be emphasized on a whole new level what with Mars in square aspect to Jupiter conjunct Neptune in Pisces could influence. I dare say that huge leap of faith is needed to educate Mars in Gemini in diplomatic communication. Perhaps it could be a long shot, but maybe this square could get into the heads of those folks in positions of “power” to become abruptly aware of the burning need for compassion, mercy and understanding. Let us affirm those concepts and choices become a key part of any and all discussions as opposed to the escapist delusional deceit and fog that Neptune can impose.

That is why it is a saving grace to have Saturn in Aquarius, albeit still square to Uranus in Taurus, as the other pinnacle of this trine. Thru the challenges and blockages Saturn also has the capacity to establish new healthy flexible boundaries. Even if they must be negotiated and renegotiated to get the structure of them right. Saturn becomes the rider on the horse. Serving to tame the fiery impulses Mars in Gemini brings. Saturn in Aquarius brings the stabilizing voice of reason to the impulsive, fiery temperament of Mars in Gemini.

To influence collective motivation towards logical thoughts that will benefit humanity. As we keep on moving forward.

Then it all comes up for mulling over by the committee. That is Mercury, the Moon and the Sun in Libra along with Venus forming a stellium that brings it all back home to personal matters of self and other. Yes, this is the third component of this Grand Air trine New Moon Solar Eclipse in Scorpio.

Peaceful balance, via diplomatic negotiations have real possibilities of being evoked at this New Moon Solar Eclipse juncture.

There is an Air of innovation at the heart of this moment. A new perspective on our lives which is making its way through many, many years of a morass of clouded vision. Taurus ~ With all of the complications and concerns of the past several years this is the time to just let go. Surrender to the vast beauty and wealth you have to draw on in your life right now. The Ramifications Of The Full Moon In Aries~

Pun intended!

‘Twas 10/9/22 ~ the Astrologer here is in the midst of learning a WHOLE new OLD traditional language. However, the heart and soul of this piece is still true to my name ~ Thank-you

The fury, fire and rage of this powerful Full Moon in Aries, which just passed resonates with the basic life loving instinctual need to survive.

It’s the gift of this moment. Truly, since the Sun at 16 degrees Libra conjunct Venus trine Saturn in Aquarius trine Mars in Gemini brings with it some yearning sentiments of peace, love and understanding. The light of higher consciousness must find a way to break through. It must.

There is the connectivity of the Sun/Venus conjunction in Libra through its opposition to the Moon/Chiron conjunction in Aries having its effect on relationships. Relationships that are imbued with a slightly uncomfortable vulnerability would do well to be seeking balance through striking some kind of harmonious stability. I know this is easier said than done. However, what with the light of truth being illumined by the brilliant energy of this opposition amidst the light of the silvery Moon, why not?

In other words this Full Moon in Aries could be heralding in the much needed communicative and diplomatic way to embody the raging fire and fury of change that mankind has been laboring under for many years now. There is a way to channel the creative passion contained within the tension that is actually a metaphorical labor pain seeking the integrity of its own individuation. A glimmer somewhere within our collective psyche is expanding towards this understanding.

On many levels this would be a natural response to an increased notch of stress and uncertainty. The result of the square between Saturn at 18 degrees Aquarius with Uranus at 18 degrees Taurus. This is the final chapter in a trilogy of this particular tight square. I would suggest using this moment, especially as we are in the foothills of Eclipse season, to focus on staying centered and grounded within yourself. Doing breath work, yoga, martial arts or Pilates as an act of self love.

In reflection this powerful square brings to my mind the quote from Marion Woodman in her book Addiction To Perfection, “We live in a predominantly Christian culture that has lost its connection to wafer and wine.” That statement describes to me the conflict and stress being expressed via the energy of Saturn in Aquarius in square aspect to Uranus in Taurus. A shaking up of the old while implanting the seeds of the new. The awareness of which we are still not yet conscious enough to live into just yet.

The hope and prayer of eliciting cooler minds and open minded compassion and understanding must be added to the equation. As we continue on living through such amazing times. Here I am reflecting on world affairs. This Full Moon in Aries is activating a needed breakthrough moment into higher consciousness, but only if we are aware of it and only if we can allow it to be spoken about out loud.

“You gotta row on both sides of the canoe, or you’ll just keep going in circles.” That’s some Native American wisdom I heard today spoken by the teacher, singer and activist Buffy Saint Marie. Are we in the process of understanding how to hold paradox? The movement through the heavenly spheres could be prodding and influencing us along such lines. Along with those people who understand and know. They are enlightened beings who choose the wisdom of love, compassion and understanding. Even in the face of fear. Courage is the sentiment we are growing into. The courage to love and the courage to communicate and share

Aries ~ In the center stage of the hot seat of vulnerability and conflict. A relatively familiar place for you to be. Perhaps it’s because through conflict and adversity you get to express yourself. However, now you are being asked to explore your fiery energy from a perspective of subdued humility and wisdom. Just make sure you are clear with yourself about your intentions and goals. No matter what, indeed you are in the midst of opening your horizons to the new and innovative.

The New Beginning Of Love On Delay

{New Moon in Libra occurred on September 25, 2022 at 5:45 PM ESDT}

Libra the sign of relationships and partnerships seeks peace, harmony and balance in matters of justice. The adage, “it takes two to tango” is a necessary component of these things. So Libra, ruled by Venus relates to all things that have to do with relationships.

In fact Libra is a sign of duality. It’s a place where we learn to “hold the tension of the opposites.” To learn to work through the anxiety that comes up when we are required to make a choice. To know the intention is to seek balance and harmony even when there is dissonance.

Venus ruler of this New Moon in Libra fills our attention with beauty. To strike a balance within us that resonates and harmonizes beautifully. This is a moment to open our minds and hearts to the beauty around us. To be present with the resonance of harmony, peace and joy. Like a well kept secret which is actually hidden in plain sight. This is the time to take a moment to stop and become aware of your surroundings. Then to become aware of who you are in relationship to it.

To really experience that “Beauty is not a need but an ecstasy.”

However, beauty can only emerge as balance is attained. The kind of balance that comes from the realization of stability. It’s the consistency of our routines and rituals that creates the structures we need to establish reliability. This then allows us to trust our own process of life in relationship to all of existence.

This is where calm happily resides. The kind of serenity that fosters stability and safety. The sort of peace that resonates beautifully with chords of harmony. Its the experience of being held within this cradle of balance which is what makes life worth living.

I love Libra. I love writing about Libra and breathing presence and truth into the experience of beauty. It’s really not a frivolity but rather a joy and a pleasure. It’s one of the feelings that makes living life worthwhile. It’s also the place from which we can start making some realistic sense of our lives. That relaxed place of harmony is what Libra and her ruling planet Venus is about.

The ecstasy of beauty actually serves to inspire practices that require discipline. This is in order to maintain the very balance and harmony necessary for a healthy relationship to ourselves and each other. Beauty then serves as a breath of inspiration. This is very fitting since Libra is an Air sign. A Cardinal Air sign that stimulates activity.

During the season of Virgo there was an impulse towards perfection through the practice of elegant service. Now as the season of Libra unfolds there is a curious enough impulse to enter into the awesome quandary contained within the perfect imperfection of relationships.

For the most part entering into relationship is a great way to experience the divine imperfection of living in an imperfect world. Albeit, we never ever release the need to seek perfection. We never stop, nor should we ever stop doing that.

However, the gift of relationship allow us to enter into chaos so that we can journey back towards a place of equilibrium within ourselves while maintaining our inherent need for partnership. In reality, it’s quite a spiritual growth process. On some level, real or abstract we are all participating in this dance.

This New Moon in Libra is strongly influenced by its opposition to Jupiter in Aries. Creating a desire to seek out the Yang energy of Mars. In a sense stimulating a desire to establish balance. Not so easy since it is in diametric opposition. A challenge that stimulates even more curiosity.

Learning to hold the tension of both sides of this opposition is a necessary component in striking the balance needed. It is fortunate that Mars in Gemini is in trine to Saturn in Aquarius. Allowing some flexibility and mindfulness to check in with what’s going on while imbuing the power of communication so as to entertain the possibility of talk.

To hold the tension of the opposites on many levels is a relatively new and necessary concept permeating our culture. It really seems to be a recently new fluent part of our experience at this time. Albeit, rather progressive, I look forward to it taking hold and becoming quite mundane. Even as we are in the midst of meeting the proverbial “demons at the various gates”.

With Mercury Rx in Virgo, there is the possibility of reckoning through some form of skilled communication. A significantly needed elixir at this time. At any rate, this is a fascinating new beginning on so many levels for all of us as we continue on.

Now, Neptune Rx 23 degrees in Pisces is adding a powerful dose of love, compassion and fog into the mix. Try not get lost in the swirls of hazy mist.

Seeing our way through…….

Neptune believed to be the higher octave of Venus can bring our awareness to a whole new level of understanding of what love is. How it permeates all things. That is if we can allow ourselves to drop down into the actual realistic awareness of our own experience of being alive.

In this way Mars is of great assistance. Mars the embodiment of the body even as Mars is in the mercurial sign of Gemini. Mars forms a T-square to the stellium of this New Moon in Libra via its square to Rx Mercury in Virgo. Just to keep us on our toes.

This creates the atmosphere of some kind of poetic renaissance to help coax truth and Justice out. Since Neptune is engaged there is some tricky interplay involved. There is still so much illusion and delusion abounding everywhere. In light of that, it’s helpful to be aware that we do tend to view it through the lens of our own perceptions and belief systems. That is why communication is worth it’s weight in gold. We must get on the same evidence based reality page. Then as a community we can create the sustainable changes needed for the well being for all.

That is why it’s a good thing that there is also the tightening of the square of Saturn Rx 19 degrees in Aquarius to Uranus Rx 18 degrees in Taurus.

It’s a good growing pain, albeit quite uncomfortable and inconvenient. Still and all, the time has come for us to grapple with some new sets of values concerning money and the ways in which we live in the material world.

Truly, this is a powerful moment in time that encourages a healthy questioning of antiquated traditional systems. The shell of the old needing to be made conscious and processed so that the seed of the new can grow in a relevant life sustaining way.

It’s about clarifying what we must let go of in order to make the space for creating something new.

All this while at the same time acknowledging and respecting the wisdom contained within the shell of the old. To learn from the past then to release and move forward.

The past might have elements that contain the seeds of some new possibilities. This is a good time to acknowledge all the experiences of our lives that have brought us to this moment. To then let it go with gratitude. Then to step through to the doorway of a new beginning.

To have clarity, even within the fog and stresses of challenges. To participate in the ecstatic awareness of being alive. To be aware and grateful that as a result of toiling with difficulties and challenges, we are now filled with wisdom. The wisdom and strength to move forward. Self esteem emerges as we take responsibility for ourselves along with the grace of self confidence. Now, to my mind that is the embodiment of beauty, balance and harmony.

To value the healthy awareness of being at the center of the creation of our lives. To make a commitment to live in balance, peace and harmony, that then reverberates all through our global village and all through time. That is what this New Moon in Libra holds as a possibility. To be mindful of these ideas and anything else you might want to set as your goal as the Moon continues to wax towards the culmination of fullness on October 9th at 16 degrees Aries. Stay tuned.

Compassion Permeates Planet Earth

The Full Moon at 17 degrees Pisces on September 10, 2022, occurred at 5:59 AM ESDT ~

The Moon conjunct Neptune in Pisces illuminated by its opposition to the Sun at 17 degrees Virgo is about blending the ethereal with the practical.

To find focus, by being grounded and centered with practical tasks that keep our mundane daily living running smoothly, via the Virgo Sun. To then allow ourselves to surrender to the misty elegant gossamer experience of transcendent cosmic consciousness, as illuminated by the Full Moon in Pisces.

Pisces asks us to surrender. To let go, with compassion, of increased frustrations and tensions we might be experiencing. To then process what those frustrations and tensions are by bringing them to our attention in a calm logical way. Then we have Virgo, to ground, center and bring the balance of Earthy practical Virgo into the equation.

What makes this Full Moon in Pisces so particularly potent is the conjunction it forms to Neptune in Pisces. Planet Neptune being the ruler of Pisces and of this Full Moon.

So much Neptune.

So much Pisces.

Pisces Full Moon conjunct Neptune is about forgiveness, compassion, mercy and surrender.

Ultimately the quality of the Moon in Pisces and Neptune in Pisces encourages us towards the release of ego. That’s not ego, in its healthy function as “mission control”. Rather, false sense of self ego. The deceitful tricky delusional notions of ourselves and our lives. Could be a painful process of surrender, albeit the reward is quite valuable.

To surrender a false sense of self in order to become embodied as your own authentic self is a necessary ingredient with which to have a fulfilled life. That would be the healing component of this Full Moon in Pisces.

The Moon conjunct Neptune in Pisces can also serve as a pathway to merge into a sea of oneness.To become aware, beyond judgement, of how interconnected we all really are.

The other feature and resource contained in this Full Moon is an element of service. Elegant service, via Virgo, along with the service of healing implied through the Pisces experience.

It is one of the elements that Pisces Moon and Virgo Sun have in common. That is the ultimate motivation to serve. As Bob Dylan has said, “You gotta serve somebody.” This is a good moment to reflect on where you are being served and/or where you serve others in your own life. To note the experiences of serving and being served. To be aware and grateful, and/or to forgive and let go.

This Full Moon forms a square to Mars in Gemini. Gemini is a curious sign hungry for experiences that supplies information and answers to questions. Mars, being instinctually driven is bold, fearless and willful. As we are now in the midst of Mercury Rx this could bring about some serious, “foot in mouth” communications.

There is a New Moon in Virgo On August 27th 2022

To develop a clear energized, vibrant work and life schedule.

To work with joy, coming from the Leo Season into the Virgo Season.

This New Moon in Virgo is of the Earth. This inspires a sensible realistic use of logical practicality. A down-to-earth, no nonsense predilection towards service. There is a desire to serve that fosters a heightened elegance through a quiet humility. That is the quality of this Virgo New Moon.

There is a balance to be found in this moment as it marks the transition from the bright, warm and fiery creative impulses of the Leo season to the mellow elegance and cooling energy of the Virgo season.

Leo and the Summer was fun and filled with play now the mood shifts into the Virgo season and the serious sobriety of the coming of Autumn.

This moment is best understood by how the purity and elegance of Virgo is at odds in square aspect to Mars in Gemini. Mars in Gemini is a pinnacle player at this time. It is not only in square aspect to the Sun and Moon, Mars in Gemini is at the zenith of a Grand Trine to Mercury and Pluto.

This could be conducive to some serious communication and messaging that can emerge transforming the way we understand events and issues in our personal lives as well as within our society. The archetype of the Wounded Healer becomes a subtle energy that could make itself known as part of the dialogue. This energy activated through vulnerability while in the midst of much conflict works well with Virgo. A summit of healing energy getting down and dirty while trying to formulate a new way of dealing.

Venus at 19 degrees Leo in opposition to Saturn at 20 degrees Aquarius squaring Uranus Rx at 18 degrees Taurus is certainly adding some love to the equation along with its own challenges.

Shifting Tempos

So here we are!

I acknowledge and would like to affirm that we must allow ourselves to be cautiously optimistic as we continue to move forward in time.

The cycle that follows the Full Moon is the time to collect ourselves and get our bearings. To reflect as we move forward.

There is a cooling relief from the excitement, stress and tension of the Full Moon.

Let us recap the Full Moon of August 11, 2022. As it has passed, for it is now August 16, 2022 at this writing.

It was on August 11, 2022 ~ At 9:36 pm when there was a Full Super Moon @ 19 Drgrees Aquarius.

The Moon at 19 degrees Aquarius conjunct Saturn at 22 degrees Aquarius. Setting in motion original thoughts and ideas imbued with soulful impulses. Tempered by, “the self instructors sharp and tender love”of Saturn, the ancient co ruler of Aquarius. To experience the gifts and resources of discipline and perseverance.

The beauty of the Full Moon always comes at a price. The culmination that causes so much brightness is a result of the Sun in opposition to the Moon. The opposition serves as a sort of reckoning. The opposition is an aspect of defiance.

The Sun in Leo wants to play, to creatively celebrate and be the life of the party. While The Moon in Aquarius seeks to ponder the human condition with dignity in order to support life, liberty, justice and the pursuit of happiness for All. The two must work together to serve each other, to negotiate in order to create balance and realize each other’s goals and intentions.

It’s the extra added ingredient of the stellium formed by the North Node at 17 degrees Taurus conjunct Uranus, making this moment abundantly full of potential miracles. Hard work miracles of course since Saturn square to Uranus is still quite involved.

As if all of that was not enough, the presence of Mars at 26 degrees Taurus is triggering the spark that is energizing this whole thing. It’s a bit wide, but close enough to power the spirit of this already energized transiting conjunction.

This could be the catalyst that leads to an awakening. To liberate reality which has been held hostage by pretense and fear. To be presented with significant challenges, conflicts and concerns but to have the energy, the wherewithal and understanding of how to deal. How to work things through.

To bring harmony to disharmony is the focus of this moment. We get to do it from a place of creativity and joy. That’s the nature of the Aquarius/Leo dynamic. Sun in Leo along with the Moon in Aquarius forming a t-square to the powerful trilogy of N-Node, Uranus and Mars in Taurus. Brings play and wisdom to the mix.

Decoding the Uranus/North Node/Mars conjunction in Taurus by the light of the silvery Full Moon in Aquarius is the “Pearl beyond price” contained within the power of this Super Moon.

Money, finances and values are very much within the purview of Taurus as well. Taurus, who really does favor peace serves to foster stability in the interest of this need. The love of comforts and sensuous pleasures is high on the Taurus list.

Food from an agricultural point of view is a very necessary component of Taurus. It is the Bull who is of the Earth. So territory, land and sustainable life is an important component of this Taurus stellium. Obstinate as Taurus is it persistently stubbornly perseveres. That can be quite beneficial in order to enable goals to materialize.

So the square it still forms to Saturn works, since they both share qualities that impart focus and hard work. It’s the Saturn resource of perseverance, discipline and integrity that offers the key to a healthy blending of energies.

The square of Saturn in Aquarius to Uranus, North Node and Mars in Taurus creates the kind of friction that forces these energies to cooperate with one another.

Here we are at the near completion of tbe Leo season. Leo the Lion is all about facing our fears in order to develop courage. This is how we find the strength to believe that we are capable of getting through challenges as they are presented to us.

I believe this moment is where progress, sensible realistic evidenced based thinking is finding its voice. This is the profound effect of Mars/Uranus/North Node in triple conjunction with Taurus. This is an ongoing process and will continue for a long time.

We share our connection to one another through our spoken word. We connect to our hearts and souls through music and singing. Taurus brings into our consciousness the gifts of voice and the sensuous pleasure of music.

On July 28, 2022 at 1:55 PM EST the Sun at 5 degrees Leo formed a conjunction to the Moon at 5 degrees Leo.

This New Moon in Leo evokes joy, fun and play driven by excitement and passion. The sort of energy contained within the creative life force of the Sun itself.

Leo Season contains spirited inspiration en route to heart centered creative impulses. The pings of childlike wonder, gambling and risk taking. Yes all in the same sentence. These are some of the many elements at the heart of this New Moon in Leo.

“Nous somme du soleil, We love when we play…”

It’s fascinating when we understand that the action of the Sun itself, is about developing a cohesive functional sense of self, aka a healthy ego.

Developing a healthy sense of self while functioning in a world of boundaries, challenges and limitations is the realm of the Sun in astrology. For Leo, what matters is applause and approval from others. Everybody wants to love and know that they are loved. Then we know all is well. It is a basic human and creature sentiment alike. It validates the song, “what the world needs now is love sweet love.”

There are some fascinating transits aspecting this New Moon in Leo as well. To balance the bright, vitality of Leo there is an experience of tension, stress and irritating friction brought about by the squares and oppositions formed to the Leo Sun and Moon.

Challenging aspects that require a bit of patience, perseverance and introspection. This is a good thing. Holding the tension of the opposites, finding virtue and wisdom through dealing with the conundrums of uncomfortable adverse combinations is actually a useful way to clarify what’s important. To put in perspective, what really matters.

To begin with, the Sun at 5 degrees Leo, conjunct the Moon at 5 degrees Leo is in opposition to Pluto at 27 degrees Capricorn. A powerful out of sign opposition. One that is inducing to labor and eventual birth, if you will, some life and death crisis’ that must be dealt with.

However, take heart, Mercury in Leo is bringing the activity of the mind to observe and perceive the effect of Pluto in Capricorn, particularly in its final degrees. Bringing forth a new understanding of what is needed to assist in the reformation that comes after the Plutonian demolition.

Mercury in Leo at 18 degrees is squaring the phenomenal triple conjunction of the North Node conjunct Uranus at 19 degrees in Taurus, with Mars edging closer to join them at 15 degrees Taurus.

This triple conjunction is about bringing into our consciousness something new based on the seeds contained in the old now ineffective structures. Once again, we have Mercury in Leo squaring this fascinating triplet, bringing mindfulness along with Leo’s brightly lit curiosity and creative love of projects into the mix.

Colored by the sign Taurus, a Fixed Earth sign. This is a good moment to literally rethink our value systems in terms of finances, morality and ethics in relationship to ourselves and others. Taurus is ruled by Venus so love, beauty, peace, harmony, relationships and money factor in quite prominently at this time.

Then there is the matter of Mother Earth, a very Taurean concern. The way I see it in this context is that it represents the Earth as a sustainable system that nourishes life.

The North Node, Uranus and Mars joining together at this time are evoking experiences personally and interpersonally as a collective within the global community. Constellating for us a serious rethink. To earnestly evaluate concerns being presented to us by events, circumstances and scientists.

To ponder with diligence the reality of our very existence, What really matters? What can we learn from this moment, personally and interpersonally? “Are we in it but not of it?” A good question to hold at this time.

Thanks to the square that is formed by Mercury in Leo, communication and dialogue can be triggered as a real valued thing. In my mind, it’s the most precious and valuable tool we have.

To communicate, listen and speak to each other is worth it’s weight in gold.

To really, really, really and truly hear each other. Such a challenging thing in square aspect. However, the square aspect Mercury in Leo forms to the Taurus triplet has a Saturnian element to it and brings to the equation the inconvenient blocks and challenges that make us stop, look and listen. Then to somehow work it through.

Leo, the Lion is open to discuss and dialogue!

Now the T-square constellated by Saturn retrograde (Rx) at 23 degrees Aquarius to Uranus in Taurus, along with how the Mars and the North Node connects with the square to Mercury and the Moon/Sun in Leo serves as the bridge. It’s a bridge towards innovation and evolutionary thinking that eventually will be rising into mainstream thought. It’s the beginning thought forms of the tasks and work needed in order to get it together, while everything is falling apart.

The now familiar feelings constellated by the various challenges and conflicts of Saturn in Aquarius square to Uranus in Taurus has become a familiar dance we are all learning to do in our own way.

This moment is teaching us the benefits of being centered, grounded and anchored to a task motivated by a goal. Quite often, in fact, that’s the kind of thinking needed in order to be free.

A Moment Of Resolution And Healing

7/13/22 ~ Full Super Moon in Capricorn

We continue on with Super Full Moon in Capricorn triggering enormous existential question forming conflicts and crisis through its opposition to the Sun. The opposition actually is the Sun illuminating through to the Moon itself. It’s quite amazing when you really grasp the power of that.

For this Super Moon the Sun in Cancer is in total opposition to the Moon in Capricorn. The Moon is orbiting so close to the Earth that it feels as if we can touch it. The close proximity of the Moon to the Earth’s orbit impacts and catalyzes energies in a more dynamic way. Hence, the Super Moon.

This Capricorn Moon/Cancer Sun dynamic emphasizes issues around authority, home and mother/father dynamics. It’s a good time to ponder and try to understand those components of our lives. To become aware of how authority/parental symbolism is an active role motivating our selves and the people in our lives.

While the Sun in Cancer forms a conjunction to Mercury in Cancer, the Moon in Capricorn forms a conjunction to Pluto in Capricorn. The dynamic of transforming through comprehending the structures of home/housing, mother/father is being constellated here. An awareness about who we are in relationship to ourselves, our community and our social standing. What is that about anyway? That’s a good question to ponder now.

Pluto

Pluto, planet of transformation, in fact unmitigated transformation, has been transiting through Capricorn for many years now. It’s influence appears to be a severe tight holding on to old structures. In terms of peoples in government and other long standing institutions.

It’s the fear that comes up when authoritarian power and age old brittle, irrelevant social structures are failing. The clinging on to that which must change becomes ever more oppressive and invasive. The loud ringing voices of disagreements and demands echoing that the needs of people along with sustainably right uses of our resources must be heard. That is the dynamic of evolutionary change and transformation being constellated by this Full Super Moon in Capricorn.

Indeed, looking ahead with foresight and a bit of clairvoyance, this Capricorn Moon/Pluto conjunction in opposition to the Cancer Sun/Mercury conjunction is giving voice to something innovative that is genuinely new and sensible.

This moment is being brightly illuminated by the Sun in Cancer in opposition to the Moon in Capricorn.

There is a nurturing point of view, a truth that can be spoken of and understood now. At this time we are able to receive within ourselves the language needed to discuss and dialogue about things that heretofore have been hidden in plain sight.

This is the moment to feel into what in your life is unresolved that you now have the wisdom and understanding to communicate about and eventually resolve.

Speaking of which, we must include the influence of Mars in Aries forming a square to Pluto in Capricorn. Intensity of feelings and a need to stand one’s ground must be tempered by the awareness of how to manage anger. Particularly when one’s fear and anger are being triggered.

To hold oneself within the experience of one’s breath. Then to exhale, allowing the awareness of the truth that you are safe, you are courageously present to emerge.That whatever the conflict or upset is, it shall be understood and resolved.

To allow yourself to be soothed, refreshed and released. Then to know, to trust that all is well. That’s one way to deal with the intense feelings triggered by the conflicts and dilemmas that might arise.

It’s actually the influences of Mars in Aries square Pluto in Capricorn along with Saturn in Aquarius, that is imbuing this moment we are in with much, stress, tension, rage and depression.

The voice of Saturn in Aquarius, the ancient ruler of Aquarius is in a fraught relationship of much friction and frustration to Uranus in Taurus. Uranus, the ultra inventive original, the modern ruler of Aquarius. Uranus stimulates change, while logically respecting that the seed of the new which is indubitably contained within the shell of the old.

So you can understand the restless discomfort, we all might be picking up on. Uranus in Taurus in need of coming to terms with the desirous intentions of Taurean’s need for peace, stability and comfort. This puts this configuration at odds with the inconvenience of liberation and invention.

However, do take heart, since at its core Taurus is connected to nature. Loves the natural environment. Something new emerging in that regard about respecting our environment and Planet Earth. So in the long run this is a good thing. In fact it just might be, just the thing needed.

The one thing the two do have in common, I will say, is their Fixed quality. Fixed signs are very useful for getting the “job” done. However, I’ve a notion that these two components have not yet agreed upon what that might be.

The sextile that the North Node conjunct Uranus in Taurus forms to the Sun conjunct Mercury in Cancer is paving the way for a new understanding, methods and awareness of what is of value to us. Then as the North Node trine Pluto conjuncts the Moon in Capricorn, there is a tempering of the ambitions of Capricorn. The systems of ambition are replaced with a desire to include valuing what it is to be a human being.

This moment via the Nodal cycle of Taurus /Scorpio is the elixir of learning.

To be face to face with destiny is what this Full Super Moon in Capricorn is bringing our way.

A Funny Thing Happened On My Way To Writing This Piece…

Time. Time is a particular phenomena which I will be writing much more extensively about in the upcoming Super Full Moon in Capricorn post for the 13th of July, so stay tuned…

June 28, 2022 ~ Sun Conjunct Moon in Cancer at 7 degrees.

A New Moon Lunar cycle has begun and continues on…..

This New Moon/Sun cycle in Cancer is proving itself to be an inspired call in which to activate in your life those of your needs requiring to be infused with encouragement.

No matter what, it’s about moving forward. Even if moving forward is a kind of side to side strut, 1 +2 + then step forward.

I believe I am describing the beauty of the Cancer Cardinal energy. The Crab mobilizes itself via side to side motion. The metaphor of this phenomena is ; TO JUST DO IT!

Just get to it and get going on whatever needs your attention.

To immerse yourself in living is to energize yourself to do so. The Cardinal Water element of Cancer activates and motivates us, sometimes through fascinating indirect action to do so. That is if we allow it to. And allow it to we must!

To resist by tenaciously holding on to things that no longer resonate or realistically matter won’t do. However, to allow yourself to let go and trust is the way to go. When you do that you just might find you get what you need. (Sounds like a song written by one of our Leo friends.) This way, just start to notice finding yourself with much needed breathing space that lets you find room for the life you want to lead.

Becoming aware of what must be done in order to accomplish the tasks. *Please note your affirmations this month will succeed. The Cardinal quality of Cancer is all about going after what must be in order to nurture it into becoming.

It is rather fascinating that the sensitive yet deeply protective archetype of Cancer is a bit of an oxymoron. With determined persistence, sometimes experienced as being downright stubborn, to what it holds near and dear, yet quite tenderly touched by all of life’s pleasures and pain.

The Cancer journey is all contained within the nurturing nourishment of an organic vibrant hard, sturdy shell. Then within that shell of safety and protection wisdom is born as sand or any other foreign uninvited entity gains entrance. This brings into focus the necessity of nourishment. Food as a relationship to our understanding of ourselves. Nourishment and food as fuel that energizes and supports our lives in order to carry on.

Perhaps the saving grace of this dynamic moment we are living thru is being assisted via the spirited vitality of Eris, the sister of Mars. Now transiting in Aries.

Once again crying out to be heard through the power of the feminine principle of heart and intuition made visible and comprehensive through the mind of seasoned wisdom. The embodiment of the metaphor of Black Moon Lilith.

Perhaps we are on the verge of “having our day in court” , as it were. Most significantly, as we, the people must, triggered by this powerful moment.

Perhaps…

These components of our existence appear to be at a cross roads as they are constellated in cross purpose square aspects. Squares involving focused sensitive seeking of sustainable forms of stability. That is what the component of the Sun/Moon in Cancer evokes.

The plot gets even more thrilling and exciting as Uranus conjunct the North Node in Taurus forms a trine to the Sun/Moon conjunction in Cancer. To aide and quicken our understanding of truly what it is. To be expounded upon in upcoming post.

Quite amazing, that we are held within the harmony of that trine. It could be, metaphorically, like a drink of cool, clear clean refreshing water. To refresh and replenish our souls journey in the midst of the miasma that is the plight and glorious victory of the current human condition, as we know it.

What with the consistent song of transformation that continues to be sung in the key of Pluto in Capricorn while forming a square to Mars in Aries. More about that in the upcoming post.

Then within this dynamic Summer mix, remembering that in the din of the day to day, Saturn in Aquarius is still continuing its square formation to Uranus in Taurus. Abstract and rifting to us some new concepts. All this while we are all still trying to find the life beat that is as of YET wholly incomprehensible for anyone to understand.

As of yet, is the operative word. All in good time as it must be. So it must be that in good time we shall all know what it all really means. Then the awareness of actions or inactions shall be made clear to us. It’s a process. Let’s affirm it peacefully unfolds even in the throes of war. That higher, sensible, realistically humane driven minds prevail.

This moment is a Cardinal crossing over into a greater consciousness and understanding, that although we are all so separate and apart each rocking ‘n rolling to a different rhythm, beat and vibration. We are all still in this together at this most magnificent moment in the greatest dance of our lives ~ the present moment. This point of power that in actuality is available for all.

To Be Informed By The Mystical

Not fooled by the mythical.

A Super Full Moon in Sagittarius is square Neptune in Pisces. On June 14, 2022 at 7:51 AM EDST at 23 Degrees.

The significant component of this Full Moon in Sagittarius is to remember where it’s coming from.

It was not so long ago that we had Jupiter conjunct Neptune in Pisces. That transit occurred from mid April to the end of May. That energy was a song of compassion, creativity and mercy. At least that was the possibility offered to those able to remain conscious and aware enough in present time to receive it.

However, the other side of the Pisces equation is where the depths of Neptune conjunct Jupiter in Pisces would bring on foggy clouds of deception and depression. One must simply be aware of the nature of the journey as it is being experienced. Then to process and work with it. Some fascinating new component of your life and what it’s all about for you will always emerge.

With all that being said, here we are at this lunation with Jupiter’s ingress to Aries as Mars in Aries conjuncts Chiron in Aries. So much more for us to learn about. This time in matters of strength , weakness, fragility, love and war.

Perhaps this is the moment to recall the wisdom gleaned from last months transit’s. To call on that energy in order to walk centered and grounded in logical practicality with strength and grace. The values of respect and integrity while working towards peace even while being in the midst of confusion, chaos and conflict. That is what I see as being at the heart of this lunation.

It seems to me that this brightly lit Super Full Moon in the buoyant, optimistic justice loving sign of Sagittarius gives meaning to this moment. Then in its opposition to the Sun in Gemini the experience becomes communicated. It is in this way that through discussing our understanding of common reality that we can make sense of things. Then we are able to create positive needed changes.

It brings to my mind an image. I see the invincible significant power of the voice of truth, as shouted out from the precocious little girl. The one who in all her vibrant alive innocence incredibly bright, clear eyed and advanced for her years sees through it all. She says, “ NO YOU WON’T!”.

This is the little girl Liz Greene talks about in her brilliant book “The Astrology Of Fate”. This aware precocious child asserting herself and saying NO!

No, you cannot fool me. No you cannot hide from the truth of what I know!

No you cannot be deceptive or deceitful!

It is the gentle unrelenting power of the voice of truth. With the bones of precocious integrity that says NO to cruelty, lies and deceit.

I mean it’s one thing to have the Super Full Moon in Sagittarius lit up by its opposition to the Sun in Gemini. However, when you add Neptune in to the equation constellating a square to these “up close and personal” luminaries of the Sun and the Moon we should heed the energetic vibration of it.

So be wary and awake. It is critically necessary to remain quite cognizant of illusions and delusions. The kind that might lead to disappointments and despair.

The square is about components that don’t necessarily groove together. Thus, there is a tense friction felt. The purpose being to find a way to work with it. From that, wisdom, grace and strength emerge. Like a butterfly breaking free from its chrysalis.

This Full Moon in Sagittarius is a good time to so see what areas of your life feel more challenging than usual. Then stop and take a moment to breathe, clear your mind and body. Ask your intuitive self aka the voice of the inner child, what she/he needs. Your answer may come in a word, thought or image. Write it down, draw it, sing it or dance it. Eventually the clarity needed to manage what otherwise seems insurmountable will reveal itself to you.

On the other hand, see what happens when you allow yourself to take a deep breath in and deep breath out as you behold in all its glorious beauty the bright illuminations emanating from this Full Super Moon. This is the culminating moment where letting it shine a light and just being there without any agenda, might just reveal the truth and the nature of the reality that is actually here. The support and answer is there within you!

To drop down and surrender to this moment so that this Full Moon can inspire and motivate you to move forward with the simple and the profound.

This Full Moon in Sagittarius is the culminating moment serving as a backdrop. Just go with the flow.

If the square to Neptune produces situations and circumstances that might resemble a comedy of errors. Be aware that humor and comedy is how we awaken to compassion. It’s the benign and very heavy at times albeit quite watery gift of Neptune in Pisces. Perhaps the Mutable signs of communication and philosophy are teaching the Neptune within us to talk.

To communicate at last, that which our antiquated systems had deemed unacceptable. Now not only acceptable but wholly necessary.

I believe this is particularly potent since it can act as the solvent to comprehend and unravel the active Saturn/Aquarius in square relationship to Uranus in Taurus. But more on that in a later post.

Aries ~ So much charged energy this Full Moon. Charged and being programmed to find the deeper meaning behind your instinctual drives. This moment is about using your inner resources to master the parts of you that have been in the shadow. Time to shine a light.

Taurus ~ It is rumored that love is in the air. However, if already partnered, issues may come to light. Always a good time to communicate and clear the air. Perhaps the two of you have come to a standstill, a fork in the road and a parting of ways could be the greatest gift for each of you. “If you love somebody, set them free,” sings Sting.

Gemini ~ This is your moment to create and express yourself. Your resonant energy, steeped in talking and listening is the most important ingredient of this moment. Gemini gets to facilitate the narrative. So reflect and respect what comes to mind

Scorpio ~ Transition and transformation is the name of the game. Time to be a deep sea diver. To get to the heart of the hidden mysterious secrets that you may unfold at this Full Moon.

Sagittarius ~ Once again at the heart of the matter with so much delicious understanding and meaningful information to take in. The illuminating Sun in Gemini, shining a light in the midst of frustration which triggers the kind of Soul searching that in time will harvest the answers you are questing to know.

Capricorn ~ What with Pluto transiting the last remnants of its journey through your sign, in harmonious aspect with Neptune and Mercury, could indicate a much needed breakthrough. Stay open to your innate mystical vision as you continue to incorporate workable and quite adequate methods to cope with all the changes coming your way.

Aquarius ~ All the good stuff you are striving to bring into your life is requiring even more patience and perseverance. Take heart to “chop wood and carry water”, many more times, with feeling.
