In astrology Eclipse season is when the Full Moon and New Moon cycles conjunct the Nodal Axis. As it does on 9/17/2024. This Lunar Eclipse occurs as the Moon at 25 degrees Pisces is conjunct the North Node at 6 degrees Aries. Included in that conjunction is Neptune Rx at 28 degrees Pisces.

All this as the Sun at 25 degrees in Virgo opposes the Moon at 25 degrees Pisces.

This Lunar Eclipse in Pisces with its conjunction to Neptune in Pisces conjunct the North Node @ 6 degrees Aries holds within its scope some interesting possibilities. Both luminaries are connecting to integrate our inner most desires towards actions that are relevant to fulfill those desires.

@ 11 degrees conjunct the Sun ~ a new cycle begins as the Sun moves thru the sign of Virgo.

In the words of Robert Hand, “Virgo approaches the physical universe as an obstacle to which one must adopt a framework through which one can learn to be effective and a reality that must be served.”

He goes on to describe Virgo as what happens when Leo comes up against being called out or reprimanded.

Virgo bows in deference. Then begins the process where it goes to work finding the most efficient pathway towards the practical use of what is actually available to be utilized.

Often attracted to work in connection with their hands. Virgo imbues its natives with situations of doing work which in some way requires the use of their hands.

Mercury the Ruling Planet of Virgo is about the application of practicality and logic in service of work and health.

This differs from how Mercury operates as ruler of Gemini. Mercury inspires Gemini to seek information via communication. Thus, Gemini gathers info to be stored for later utilization when needed. This gives Gemini a predisposition towards being a social butterfly.

However Virgo is about process and getting the job done in a hands on way. It’s the meticulous conscientiousness of Virgo which emerges from a place of humility.

The development of humility is a character building attribute necessary for a well lived life in order to thrive and build healthy relationships. This is NOT at all the same as humiliation, which is abusive and destructive on every level.

Humility has a respectful reverence for life in all its forms. There is an understanding that one is part of a greater Universe. Humility contains an experience of inner peace, of self acceptance and an awareness of how grand the world is even in its imperfections.

Being illuminated by its opposition to the Sun in Leo at 27 degrees, this Full Moon contains joyful Leo energy.

Leo ruled by the Sun is beaming brightly, shining its rays of sunlight onto cool Uranian Aquarian waves.

Aquarius’s cool intellectual energy stimulates thoughtfulness with concerns for both self and other.

Leo is focused on the glory and courage of its selfhood.

When things are going well, Leo is loving every minute of it.

A healthy sense of oneself is a process that is required as a component of healthy human development. Leo’s bright creative selfhood is a necessary process for a well lived life. Leo season is a time to celebrate embodied selfhood as a means of bringing to fruition the ways in which we seek to create the life we desire to lead.

The Sun in Leo at 27 degree is conjunct Mercury Rx at 26 degrees Leo. This forms a square which is a 90 degree angle to Uranus at 27 degrees Taurus. These are character-building angles.

Uranus in Taurus at 27 degrees, the ruling planet of Aquarius forms a square to the Moon in Aquarius. Uranus in Taurus being the pinnacle of that square brings us back to the Moon in its opposition to the Sun conjunct Mercury Rx in Leo. So forming a t-square.

This influence has an electrifying charged affect since Uranus and Aquarius are conductors of energy.

Uranus’s electrifying energy serves to shake loose decaying brittle structures. Perhaps this idea’s time has come and is being implanted into the collective consciousness via the transit of Uranus in Taurus. I affirm it to be so.

It is profoundly significant that we have the presence of Mercury Rx in Leo conjunct the Sun here. Sun in Leo as the embodied self combined with Mercury Rx in Leo enhances courageous communication going forward. Mercury Rx slows things down so we remember to stop, look and listen.

Time to open up, talk and share with each other as we continue to progress thru this moment of metamorphosis.

One more point about Aquarius. The Aquarius Full Moon holds within its influence the ability to detach.

Aquarius’s detachment provides the ability to see thru a lens with a wider perspective. To view a conundrum or blockage of any kind from a deeper perception. This creates a fertile ground in which to find new possibilities.

Jupiter having a connection to justice and that which is both ethical and lawful while Mars does have that martial component in its repertoire of characteristics. In Gemini both have the capacity to bring wit and mirth to some dire and quite serious moments.

However, even in the midst of power play and chaos the potential for cooler heads to prevail is possible. Gemini ruled by Mercury is a Mutable Air sign. Fiery Mars transiting thru light Airy Gemini has the potential to bring a sense of wonder, curiosity and wit. A bit of parody fostered by the genius of the Full Moon in Aquarius evokes common ground as the power of humor touches the heart.

We have Venus in Virgo sharing rulership of Mercury with Mars in Gemini. Albeit it’s a square configuration it could be a time to seek balance. The Yin/Yang combo of Venus and Mars even in tense aspect with each other must still try to find a way towards some logical, dynamic well thought out diplomacy and love.

To be motivated to go towards the Gemini love of dialogue, and discussion stimulated by curiosity. While Venus in Virgo seeks to serve the interest of logic and practicality. To find a way towards balance, peace and harmony.

Once again boundaries boulders and challenges present themselves as opportunities for growth. The one major caveat is that we all must call out delusional notions that perpetuate harmful decisions and behaviors. Rather to surrender to the Pisces creative conception of compassion, forgiveness and mercy. Saturn Rx in Pisces holds the capacity to establish new systems and structures that contains the seeds of a humanitarian baseline.

Jupiter/Mars conjunction in Gemini is forming a square to Neptune Rx at 29 degrees Pisces that widely conjuncts North Node at 7 degrees Aries.

Moving forward we have the capacity to orchestrate quite an interesting interplay of possibilities.

The Full Moon in Capricorn at 29 Degrees

The Moon at 29 degrees Capricorn in opposition to the Sun at 29 degrees Cancer is a point of mastery. It’s an ending. It’s a beginning.

This Full Moon in Capricorn marks the completion of a process.

In it we have the opportunity to tie up loose ends concerning our connection to our roots, our family and the past.

This is an opportune time to clarify how we got to the point we are at now in order to understand what is needed to get to the next phase of our lives.

Capricorn ruled by Saturn requires structures and systems that support stability. This is made manifest thru steady perseverance and practice. Stability is what Cancer desires which by the virtue of Capricorn’s motivation is realized.

Capricorn is about the integrity of the systems and structures that hold our world together. It also includes who we are in the public domain so it is interconnected with the reality that we share with others.

Dr. Rachel Naomi Remen states that the facts are the bones of the story. While Dr. Carl Jung says, “ You can’t heal what you don’t feel.” This Full Moon in Capricorn opposing the Cancer Sun illuminates these ideas.

This Full Moon at 29 degrees Capricorn brings into focus an awareness of the deficit of integrity pervading our societies. By becoming aware of it we can reflect on how to restore the needed integrity that enables us to become humanized again.

There is a way to create security based on trust and respect that is earned. It is built on actions and behaviors that do no harm.

This archetype gives Capricorn the reputation of being a somber serious sign. It is. However its energy within the Zodiac wheel and our lives is very necessary. There are times in some peoples lives where solitude is a place of self reclamation.

To hold our lives together. To keep on and to carry on.

This Capricorn Moon conjuncts Pluto Rx at 0 degrees Aquarius. This adds power and intensity to this culminating moment. The dynamic energy of Pluto intensifies the qualities of the Moon in Capricorn.

There is a sobriety to this moment. The movement of the planets thru the Zodiac indicates the somber significance of this moment in time. We see it getting played out as we observe and are affected by the continual unfolding of current events.

It is clear that we are in the midst of change and transformation. It is helpful to be aware of this time as a cycle of energetic shifts. Energies that actually contain various components of being that are on a continuum of life ever flowing.

There is an understanding and awareness that comprehending death as a doorway is in the interest of supporting life. In the form of birth. This pertains to structures, habits and traditions. The ineffective structures must be cleared away. This is not easy. The process of birth is an arduous painful labor of love. As a global community the astrology indicates that we are in this process which occurs to serve as a way to lay the ground for redemption and renewal. Rebirth follows the process of death in the pantheon of Pluto.

As this Full Moon exudes a great deal of intensity via the Pluto influence we have an interesting twist in the story. The Moon conjunct Pluto Rx is in harmonious sextile to Neptune at 29 degrees Pisces.

Neptune operates in duality. The elevated influence of Neptune is to raise awareness towards consciousness that interconnects with All that Is. To bring to bear the heart of truth. The truth that in reality We are all One. Even amidst diversification and individuation. In fact diversification and individuation is what makes life interesting, both sweet and spicy. While at the same time enabling us all to thrive.

However, Neptune can be a challenging influence. It has the tendency to fog up our perceptions of reality. Neptune’s influence can bring about an uneasiness akin to existential anxiety.

However when we are aware of how our perceptions are being manipulated we can choose to wake ourselves up out of it.

Neptune’s influence must be mastered with the use of a healthy balanced ego. This allows us to open the door to the higher transcendent mysticism of Neptune. So for Neptune to be the pinnacle of this small grand trine is a helpful influence at this powerful moment we are living thru.

Having said all of that, Neptune forms a sextile to Mars at 0 degrees Gemini conjunct Uranus in Taurus at 26 degrees. This spices things up even more as the assertive life force of the Warrior, being Mars is conjunct Uranus with its sudden movements motivated towards freedom and liberation. At the same time this conjunction of Mars/Uranus is conjunct the Fixed Star Algol at 26 degrees Taurus .

Once again this, being the trine Mars/Uranus/Algol in Taurus forms to the Moon/Pluto conjunction in Capricorn is all being tempered by Neptune’s influence. Neptune at the pinnacle of this small grand trine has the capacity to act as an elixir of compassion and understanding. To allow the flow of higher consciousness to prevail.

The Mars/Uranus/Argol combination is serving a relevant purpose within this configuration. The Warrior archetype of Mars whose significant endpoint is to fight for survival as Uranus seeks to liberate and individuate. Uranus provides stimulating energy as it nourishes genuine paths towards freedom. To support and inspire original thoughts, ideas and inventions. Remember that for Uranus, “the seed of the new is in the shell of the old.”

Then we have the Fixed Star Argol to consider. Argol is understood to be the head of Medusa. It’s a fascinating phenomena whose meaning must have profound healing impacts on us each individually, locally, nationally and globally.

It is interpreted that thru the horrible ugliness emitted from the magnitude of the ghastly atrocity still pulsating from her head, that she can either protect or destroy you. The potential of the powerful metaphor that holds the enigma of Argol and the mysterious phenomena of the head of Medusa is as yet somewhat mysterious. It does seem to stand to reason that depending on whether you are behind her or in front of her she offers you either safety or being turned to stone. There is a healthy healing elixir in that metaphor. I, myself am still in the midst of formulating what that might be and how it serves as a healing parable in the World we are living in now. Indeed this is a moment of mastery as Neptune continues so very slowly moving along at 29 degrees Pisces. So the stressful energy it forms to the powerful liberating combo of the Mars/Uranus conjunction in Taurus has the potential to bring about some rethinking about our values. To become aware of what really matters.

The tension of the square requires us to find a way to work with both of these energies even as they create friction snd stress.

Still and all this square can lighten things up a bit. When Mercury is involved the mind and its ability to make logical sense even out of the illogical is what is needed. When Mother Moon And Father Sun Reside Within

When the Sun conjuncts the Moon at 14 degrees Cancer it is time to set a new intention moving forward.

Cancer is a Cardinal Water sign ruled by the Moon. The awareness of our feelings and therefore our needs comes to the forefront with the New Moon in Cancer.

Cancer season is a time to reflect on our early environment, our relationships to family, be it a functional or dysfunctional one.

The intention is to acknowledge our roots, in order to understand how we got here. What were our early influences? Who was our ally? Who was our foe? Where did our early support come from? Was there sabotage? If so what form did it take?

The Dynamics Of Change

The Full Moon in Capricorn along with the Cancer Solstice occurred on 6/21/2024 @ 1 degree Capricorn Moon in opposition to 1 degree Cancer Sun.

The Full Moon Summer Solstice occurs at the very beginning of the Sun’s ingress to Cancer at 1 degree. As this is a Full Moon, at 1 degree Capricorn, it is a moment of climactic culmination within the emergence of a new beginning.

Cancer Sun and Capricorn Moon are Cardinal signs. These are dynamic points of manifestation. They stimulate and energize into action what needs to be done in order to carry out an intention.

To be aware of their potent influence inspires our understanding of what actions are needed in order to realize our goals.

The Cancer/Summer Solstice is when the path of the Sun in the sky is farthest north in the Northern Hemisphere. In the Southern Hemisphere the Sun is furthest South.

So for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere it’s the time when the days are longer and hotter due to the longer orbit of the Sun around the Northern Hemisphere.

While in the Southern Hemisphere when the days are shorter due to less Sun, their cooler Winter begins.

Astrologically all systems go as we embrace the Cancer/Capricorn dynamic in its opposition and Full Moon culminating phase.

In Cancer we have the nurturing nourishment of unconditional love. It’s the archetype of the mother, the feminine principle. In its vulnerability Cancer grows a hard shell to stay alive, stable and secure.

Whereas, in Capricorn we have the father, the masculine principle. The qualities of discipline, responsibility, perseverance and integrity.

Capricorn seeks to strengthen the bones of a structure. Its life affirming goal is to establish a healthy vibrant, flexible sturdy foundation that supports life.

Capricorn operates comfortably while moving into elevated positions in society. When all is well, they are fine upstanding citizens. All is well when integrity, ethics, morality and principles are intact.

Capricorn doesn’t operate thru vibes and intuition. Capricorn operates thru evidenced based truths. Capricorn understands that trust and respect are earned.

All is not well when any of those premises are violated via deception, duplicity, unjustness and crookery. Lack of ethics and morality corrodes the structures and systems that need to be held together in order to sustain a thriving just and ethical society for all. Without a genuine living commitment to integrity and justice, the system upon which it was built corrodes and falls apart.

The Hermit is another Archetypal symbol of Capricorn. Capricorn’s need for solitude is an inherent component of its journey towards truth. To uphold the integrity of all things that supports a better life for all. The cool solitude that is cherished by Capricorn brings freedom where they are able to learn and grow.

Capricorn and its ruling planet Saturn points us towards our destiny thru the challenges and blockages we find ourselves in. When we are able to step back, breathe and reflect on our uninvited situations we can have insights about them. How did this happen? How did we end up here? A New Moon ~ A New Beginning with 5 planets in Gemini.

So breathe…..as we are inundated with the vibration and energy of Air.

Ultimately, Peace Is The Only Way

The Sun conjuncts the Moon in Taurus At 18 degrees on 5/7/2024 @ 9:35 pm ESDT. It’s a New Moon cycle ~ a new beginning.

Steve Forrest writes in his book “The Inner Sky” that the sign Aries is fighting its battles in order to survive. However, by the time we get to Taurus, the conflicts have been fought and now tired from battle we seek peace.

Aries ruled by Mars willfully establishes its presence in life with its soulful instinctual drive towards survival. It’s akin to the persevering blade of grass emerging out of the still frozen earth at Springtime.

The fiery energy of Aries needs to to be channeled. Its vitality must be expressed. The fictional character Don Quixote who staged his brave battles with windmills illustrates a component of this Aries dynamic.

However, Taurus, ruled by Venus seeks peace, harmony and resolution that values stability and safety. Seeking a sense of well being within the comfort of sensual pleasures. For Taurus this is an essential requirement. The basic need for stability via the establishment of a safe environment is the necessary ingredient for a beautiful well lived life as Venus ruled Taurus so desires.

This New Moon in Taurus has a quality that inspires us to focus on the things that we value. The mundane and the material world of things that matters to us. To experience the material world as a safe and abundant place is evoked in the realm of Taurus. However, most significantly Taurus seeks peace.

What we value, our dealings with finances and money are topics in the terrain of Taurus. This includes our awareness of the life sustaining Earth herself.

How we got here……after 2 previous lunation cycles.

Two weeks prior to the New Moon in Taurus on May 7, there was the Full Moon in Scorpio on April 24th.

The themes of vulnerability, power and transformation were evoked thru the stellium formed by the Sun, Venus, Chiron, Mercury and the North Node in Aries. All conjunct in opposition to the Moon at 4 degrees Scorpio. This brought to the surface emotions that held the key to the depths of our deepest needs. This is the way we move thru transitions. The Scorpio Full Moon lit the way towards movement forward by shining a light on the heart of what matters.

Full Moon In Scorpio 4/24/2024

At that time we had the Jupiter/ Uranus conjunction in Taurus forming a sextile to Mars/Neptune conjunct in Pisces with Saturn in Pisces not too far behind. These powerful energies have the capacity to shift our belief systems individually and collectively.

Saturn and Mars transiting thru Pisces has the potential to support shifts in consciousness. Two planets that hold power and strength who are not quite aligned with the foggy surrendering abyss of the cosmic ethers of Pisces.

Yet it’s thru the discomfort Mars and Saturn undergo while orbiting thru Pisces that shifts occur via the activity of these planets. With Mars our choice to choose assertion vs aggression can be taken. To dialogue rather than destroy.

This along with the boulders and challenges of Saturn’s lessons can be met with acceptance and trust via the influence of Pisces.

Pisces acts like a solvent with its dissolution of boundaries. If used in a positive way structures and systems can be reformed towards service rather than exploitation.

However, there is also the negative side of Neptune and Pisces in the form of escapism, denial of reality and delusions of grandeur. When a false sense of power takes hold in an unhealthy ego causing the foggy waters of Neptune’s delusional influence to take hold, then help is needed. Those who have a healthy realistic grip on reality must lead the way out of the fog into the light of solidified, sensible, life affirming reality.

We must be mindful, if we can, if this is how these energies are getting played out. Then a deeper healing is required. To snap out of it and come back to present time. To come back to the realm of the living.

We see this help appearing in the form of students and faculty speaking the language of humanity. Their necessary communications getting expressed in the form of peaceful demonstrations. Giving voice to setting our sights on concerns affecting all of us. Much like the powerful little girl in Liz Green’s book, “The Astrology Of Fate”, this child with her integrity intact, in the form of awareness beyond her years saying, “No, you can’t!” to the destructive unreasonable power structures causing harm.

This capacity to stay centered and grounded in a healthy way to ourselves and evidenced based reality is encouraged via Saturn’s transit thru Pisces along with the Neptune/Mars conjunction in Pisces sextile to Jupiter/Uranus conjunction in Taurus. Here we have these powerful planetary influences in earthy grounding sensible Taurus.

This is giving the strength to the voices of compassion that are holding the positive influences of Pisces. While harmoniously blending with expansive enthusiasm being played out via the bright students, faculty and the rest of us who are here to speak truth to power.

So for those of us who carry the understanding of the need to support the necessary shifts we must keep on.

The healing, creative power of Neptune is to surrender to not knowing. To seek to understand via compassion mercy and forgiveness. Neptune’s influence is filled with dichotomies that are getting played out with Mars conjunct Neptune in Pisces and Saturn transiting thru Pisces. Let us affirm truth, compassion and understanding prevails via the higher expression of Neptune.

This is a moment where the deeper work of shifting the trajectory we are on is being given the cosmic encouragement needed in order to keep going. In order to bring our humanity up to date and back to center stage.

The above interpretations were in the aftermath of the New Moon Solar Eclipse which occurred on April 8, 2024 at 2:20 pm EDST, 19 degrees Aries.

The Aries New Moon Solar Eclipse was contained within a stellium, which is a group of many planets in conjunction with each other either by sign but mostly by degree.

There was Mercury along with Chiron in Aries conjunct the Moon. Chiron represents the archetype of the wounded healer. It imbues the quality of vulnerability which allows a way for the light of awareness to get in. This way the raw exposure experienced by the wounding of Chiron becomes a source of knowledge and education. The Chiron influence so prevalent within the Aries stellium at the time of the Solar Eclipse opens the door to humility amidst a powerful event.

The Martial battling impulses of Aries are being imbued with the humility of the archetype of the Wounded Healer of Chiron. So imbuing our collective consciousness via the North Node in Aries teachings that utilize Chiron’s healing knowledge to be practiced. This puts in motion innovative constructive methods of dealing with conflict.

So it must be that the Sun/North Node conjunction in Aries inspires individuals to express their sovereign presence respectfully to others. To value others sovereignty and their right to be as we do our own.

With the presence of Mercury in Aries the possibility of discussion and dialogue becomes attainable. Discussion and dialogue is a significant component within this Solar Eclipse New Moon in Aries. It’s just the beginning.

The presence of Neptune at 28 degrees Pisces serves to soften the energy of Saturn/Mars conjunction in Pisces. Mars being the ruling planet of this New Moon Solar Eclipse is a significant part of this cycle.

These were but a few of the many components that made this New Moon Solar Eclipse so powerful.

At a time of too, too much chaos, pain and heartlessness getting played out towards the most innocent and vulnerable. It is heartening and even empowering to be aware of the planetary influences and what is being communicated via our interpretations of them. To harness these energies via the empiric knowledge of astrology and our own intuitive knowledge.

This then brings it all back to where we are now as we are passing thru the New Moon in Taurus which occurred on May 7, 2024. A month after that New Moon Solar Eclipse on April 8th had occurred.

As Taurus seeks peace, prosperity and stability the planetary influences within the zodiacal configurations of this moment look quite promising.

The collective awakening of the Spiritual Warrior and some fascinating and necessarily healing times ahead.

The Hope And Promise Of Spring

The Full Moon Partial Lunar Eclipse in Libra occurred on 3/25/2024

Eclipse season is a time when the Earth is lined up with the Sun, Moon and the Nodal Axis.

The time between the Lunar Eclipse and the Solar Eclipse is what is understood to be Eclipse season itself.

Astrologically what makes this a Partial Lunar Eclipse is that the North Node at 15 degrees Aries is in wide orb by 10 degrees to the Sun in Aries at 5 degrees.

It’s the Nodal Axis’s connection with the lunation cycle activated by the alignment of the Earth to the Sun and Moon that highlights its areas of interest.

The Aries/Libra Nodal Axis corresponds to relationships. The South Node in Libra pertains to past lessons learned thru relationships. The North Node in Aries involves new knowledge that pertains to our sense of self hood. The Aries energy of self, the “I am”, dynamic to be mastered in order to create healthy relationships with others.

This Eclipse season is when we can become aware of how the thread of past relationships is woven into the fabric of our present life. It’s with this awareness that we can set new intentions and goals.

As we comprehend and affirm what we are learning we are able to shift our vision towards a new perspective. This gives us insights that enables us to create balance in our lives in relationship to ourselves and with others.

Revelations and realizations are closer at hand as the veils of mystery are lifted during the time of the Full Moon and New Moon cycles. This is especially so during Eclipse season which had occurred within close proximity to the Aries Equinox on the 19th of March.

The Equinox is a planetary cycle that occurs twice a year. We have the Spring Aries Equinox and the Autumn Libra Equinox.

The astronomy of the Spring Aries Equinox.

Astronomically it’s when the Sun is exactly above the equator. It is when there is equal day and equal night.

In astrology, the Equinox indicates a significant shift in our physical world. It offers an opportunity to embrace change and shifts in perspectives. There is a motivation to seek balance and insights that can lead towards a broader vision of our goals based on our desires and needs.

The Aries Equinox 3/19/2024

All this as we are seeking balance and equilibrium within ourselves. The Equinox along with the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse has the potential to inspire and encourage breakthroughs in our lives personally and as a global community.

The Full Moon in Libra was in wide conjunction with the South Node. The South Node in Libra serves to bridge lessons learned from past experiences concerning our relationships. The Lunar Eclipse brings those lessons forward as we brace ourselves for the new and unfamiliar potential teachings evoked by the North Node in Aries.

Aries is a Cardinal Fire sign with a dynamic fiery strong spirit to match. The North Node in Aries brings lessons on learning how to harness this magnificent force of willful energy constructively. To support life rather than destroy life. The purpose of this is to enable and allow Aries to participate with others in relationships in a balanced healthy manner.

There is a certain beauty in the power of Aries willful nature that inspires Aries to have a straightforward manner. The challenge is to find a balance between blunt confrontation and the Libra harmony seeking tactfulness. Balance can be found thru the Aries/Libra dynamic.

Aries does not demand power over others but merely power to do as they please. Aries with an emphasis on the instinctual component of being human and therefore finite and fragile in its mortality must be free. To be free in order to become aware of where their natural rhythms which inherently are linked to instinctual drives that are at the heart of its motivations, goals and intentions.

It’s this established relationship with their instinctual nature that enables Aries to create healthy comprehensive relationships with themselves and others.

This Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Libra is in opposition to a stellium in Aries that has the capacity to mellow and soften some of the raw instinctual nature of Aries. This is evoked via the Sun at 5 degrees Aries which is conjunct Neptune in Pisces at 27 degrees.

Pisces holds within its Watery, Mutable energy field the components of mercy, compassion and surrender. On the other hand with Neptune in Pisces there is a danger that this potent Neptunian energy can feed the fiery spirit of the Aries Sun with delusional notions.

That would be Neptune in Pisces at its most dangerous and harmful. At its darkest and most destructive. That would NOT be a good thing.

However, the constellated Aries stellium of the North Node at 15 degrees Aries, conjunct Chiron at 18 degrees which then forms a conjunction to Mercury at 23 degrees Aries offers a powerful shift in perspective.

This stellium holds within it the potential to bring some well thought out sensible understanding to the chaotic disturbing moment we find ourselves in as a collective.

All this being catalyzed thru the tension of the square Mercury in Aries forms to Pluto at 0 degrees Aquarius. As a plethora of falsehoods are being uttered thru various media, it’s the Aries Mercurial influence via the energy of Pluto in Aquarius that brings into awareness the truth

Dr. Cornel West says,”allowing the suffering to speak reveals the truth.” Along with Carl Jung who says,”you can’t heal what you don’t feel.” So this Eclipse season has the capacity to pull away the veil of denial that allows the light of truth and reality to prevail.

This Eclipse season is a healing moment as reflected in the way we go about our relationship to ourselves and each other.

Chiron in Aries holds within it the experience of vulnerability. This experience can be uncomfortable and inconvenient for fiery Aries, however there is a beneficial influence that Chiron in Aries does have.

Chiron in Aries has the capacity to harness the forceful fiery energy of Mars ruled Aries with humility via the vulnerability of Chiron. When the fiery instinctual warrior nature of Aries is colored with the depth and knowledge of the Wounded Healer imbued by Chiron miracles can occur.

As The Plot Thickens…

Thoughts on the Full Moon lunation in Virgo that occurred on 2/24/2024

Sun at 5 degrees Pisces in opposition to the Moon at 5 degrees Virgo occurred at 7:30 AM EST on the 24th of February, 2024.

Moon in Virgo brings an emphasis to work, health and service. Service being the operative word. Virgo is a Mutable Earth sign connected to the mundane and the ordinary.

The Sun in Pisces is also concerned with service, however as a Mutable Water sign it penetrates the deeper components of our consciousness.

Sun in Pisces dissolves the boundaries which then opens the floodgates of our unconscious. If serving is done with yielding respect we are able to open the door within our psyches to new levels of perception.

In its highest octave of Venus, Neptune ruler of Pisces leads us towards mercy, compassion and understanding.

Being the solvent of the Zodiac, Pisces breaks down boundaries and limitations. The boundaries of separation between our own functioning ego and the place within our mind, body and soul. It’s the part of our being where the world of dreams, the creative spirit itself and connection to limitless perception lives.

Pisces Sun colors the mundane energy of Virgo with the watery mystical movement of infinite intuitive knowledge and awareness.

The Virgo Full Moon had been illumined by the Sun in Pisces which brought into consciousness the potential to allow us to experience the “extraordinary contained within the ordinary”. D.W. The Pisces/Virgo dynamic has the evocative capacity to blend the mystical with the mundane. To evoke a numinous quality to our experience of time and space that transforms perceptions of ourselves and each other.

Virgo Moon keeps us grounded as we allow ourselves to surrender into the steady rhythmic flow of daily essential tasks and rituals.

Mercury/Sun/Saturn in Pisces forms an opposition to the Moon in Virgo. This dynamic configuration has the potential to bring forward a new understanding of the systems and structures currently in place. To clarify what is working and what is not in order to repair and reinvent systems and structures that do.

The opposition warrants a need to find the balance that supports an effective relationship to the mundane and the mystical. We are at a point where, “What if….” ideas and speculations can be entertained with serious inentt. The influence of Pluto at 0 degrees Aquarius could be well utilized in this way.

The consistent connection to service allows the boundless energy of Jupiter in Taurus to have sensible limitations that may be well utilized. This supports balance and well being as we continue on.

Jupiter in Taurus sextile to Mercury/Sun/Saturn in Pisces influences energy in a beneficial way even in the midst of chaos and transformation, Jupiter in Taurus works its magic by coloring our experiences with enthusiasm and wonder. This harmonious configuration offers a reassuring nod to us that encourages our perceptions of daily living towards the extraordinary. Balance is being challenged by circumstances greater than our mortal comprehension has experienced before in recorded time. The positive in this is that the Aquarius influence of Fixed Air has the potential to innovate, create, liberate and invent its way through the turmoil and chaos.

Gemini ~ Think of this Full Moon in Virgo as a new beginning. A new cycle of self realization based on a well thought out plan. One of the ways to do that is to think back on what noticeable or subtle shift has occurred in the past week. Write it down, Then look at what is good and useful about it along with what is not. Then think about what is going on in your life now. What do you need and want to manifest now? Use the shift and this present moment to breathe and connect with what that might be.
