This Full Moon in Gemini contains within it a buzz of energy that is as illuminating as it is inviting. It’s the messenger seeking to inspire curiosity and connection. To explore and gather juicy information in order to communicate and divulge.

The Full Moon in Gemini at 26 degrees in opposition to the Sun in Sagittarius is a culminating moment, as Full Moons usually are, however this one has some extra added “sugar and spice”.

There are a potpourri of varying influences and possibilities. The Sun in Sagittarius motivates exploration and interaction with the world. Seeking the meaning of our lives through adventure as we learn about others.

The Full Moon reflects to us our inner subjective reality and experiences. We connect to the heart of our soul through the pull of the watery Moon. This is not an easy place for Gemini, a mental air sign that is motivated through logic and the mind. Gemini is at home gathering information as well as sharing. So this Full Moon is about communication and awareness.

Keep in mind that the energy of the opposition to the Moon in Gemini is to the Sun in Sagittarius. What it’s illuminating are opportunities where we become aware of philosophies, cultures, ideas and concepts that take us out of our comfort zone. It’s a dynamic that encourages us to clarify our own personal way of seeing things with new and expansive possibilities. This is stimulated by way of exploration through encountering the other. After all knowledge via awareness and evidenced based reality is power.

The “spice” is invigorated by the planet Neptune in Pisces forming a t-square to the Sun and Moon. Neptune concerns the dissolution of boundaries. If you understand and seek the path of higher consciousness then this moment can be a time of clarifying your perceptions. If not, then there could be some anxiety caused by the Neptunian fog. Anxieties could run high through this lunation, however, “anxiety is the experience we all have as we are about to claim our freedom.” So be aware with honesty and compassion of your experiences and needs. To translate them into a well navigated map of your life.

Now for the “sugar”.

The Gemini Moon forms a trine to Jupiter at 28 degrees Aquarius and a sextile to the Sun in Sagittarius. This is a beautiful placement. It’s where experience becomes a comprehensive assimilation where you are able to envision and to discover new ways of doing things. Jupiter, aka the “Cosmic Santa Claus” in its expansive buoyant enthusiasm and optimism is quite happy in Aquarius. Aquarius with its high minded ideals and desires seeks to bring the miracle of humanizing our relationship to ourselves and each other.

Within all of that, this Full Moon precedes the December Solstice. The power of the Solstice is magnified via the exact square of Uranus in Taurus to Saturn in Aquarius.

Inner and outer stability along with the way we experience our values is coming closer into view. This is due to the influence of the Venus/Pluto conjunction that was exact on the 11th of December and will continue to be within orb throughout the coming new year, 2022.

As we journey on through time into the darkest night, which is the Solstice on December 21st. It’s the longest night where a labor of love produces the birthing of the Sun. So as the Earth shifts it’s orbit in relationship to the sun. We shall begin the journey into the light and longer days of Spring.

This Full Moon in Gemini through the signs ~

Aries ~ A powerful movement forward once you’ve gotten past your inner doubts along with any external judgements you might have. This is a time to come into your Martian power in a whole new way. It’s been a robust time of transformation and a wonderful season ahead to love the person you are becoming.

Taurus ~ Hooray for you, adjusting to all the inconvenient unexpected surprises you have been experiencing for the past year. It should begin to feel a bit easier particularly because Uranus in Taurus has been teaching you the dance. You have been adjusting to the energy. Perhaps, this is a good time to journal, if you don’t already do so. Inspiration can come to you in many forms, so keep an open mind.

Gemini ~ There it was, it came and went. Now you may reflect on what this past year has been for you. Whatever you move forward into, you are probably not the same as when this 2021 year began. By your very nature, life is always a fascinating, curious thing so you can be sure of more ideas and knowledge coming your way.

Cancer ~ There is a promise of a bit more intensity coming into your experience this year. Catalyzed by the Venus/Pluto conjunction in Capricorn. It could be a time of letting go of irrelevant systems and structures that no longer serve you. All in service of bringing in those things of value to you. Certainly this can prove to be a most interesting time coming your way.

Leo~ Here you are all involved with more serious matters when all you want is to express some creative passion for all the world to see. Hang tight, my lovable Leo friend, all in good time!

Virgo ~ It’s as if you are in the midst of major drama that you do not have to participate in. Just stay focused, keep your cool and keep going. You will always succeed and as you do you become strong and confident.

Libra ~ A time of becoming aware of your vulnerabilities in relationship to others. To establish your equilibrium and balance even when circumstances might shake you up a bit.

Scorpio ~ Currently it’s just an indirect nudge from the Universe. An intuitive deeper knowing that is filling your mind with images of change and transformation. Even beyond your wildest dreams. Make sure you stay centered and clarify to yourself what you really need.
