To rest assured in the evening light

Still and all she goes to bed, to sleep in the wee morning light  thus conjuring the angst of overwhelm & fright….

And yet to rest assured by the midnight light (thereabout),

Opens the way to a far, far better life….

Awakening quite rested, quite refreshed & bright….

To discover the way to a far, far better life

I shall happily comply

Impressions of Pisces

Journeying through the vexation of cloudy discontent….as one rallies and reels against feelings of defeat. If with conscious awareness this woe may be so articulated to the witness within….There may emerge the release of tears  through which an opening to the heart of mercy appears..as none other than a deeply yet oh so very real felt sense.

Merry Present Moment

The month of December marks the time of the year prior and the coming of the year ahead.

December is a time of acknowledging ones rootedness. Enabling us to becoming aware of the deeper meaning of life as we continue on into the journey of the darkest night and here in the  North East colder climate and dreary days….. the cycle of Winter, death, decay, rest renewal and eventually rebirth.

As we move through the Zodiac signs of Sagittarius and into that of Capricorn there are those of us who are rooted in solid nourishing healthy enough family traditions. For these folks it is a time of cheer,  warmth,  drink,  food and a plethora of shopping, gifts, etc, etc., etc.

For many folks,  as we move through and evolve into a paradigm perhaps  a bit more relevant and appropriate to this actual moment in time  that we are living in now….May I offer my heartfelt enthusiastic Aquarian Blessings to you!

And to One and All I wish and affirm for the joy & blessings of this present moment always.

For always It is Here.

Why wait for Christmas?

How enriching and dignified to honor and be present with the gift of aliveness,  joy and gratitude for the blessings of this present moment now.

Something we have 24/7.

365 days a year!

So to those who wish me a “Merry Christmas” I say Happy Present Moment….

And for the countless times I shall be asked, “well, what are you doing for Christmas?”…my reply is that I am loving this very moment.

Being so grateful that I am happy, healthy, alive and present in this awesome moment here with Y’all at this most fascinating time.

it’s all here now.

And if not now, when…on Christmas…no I just don’t think so.

Why do we have to wait for Christmas when we need Peace, Harmony Dignity and Respect for all now.

Right now.

Always.

Hence I say Merry Present Moment and Blessings, Peace, Harmony, Health and Prosperity as we move through the darkest night marked by the Solstice and continue on with vibrant aliveness, faith, joy and hope into an inspiring, bright, magnificently amazing year ahead!

After all Spring is just onward….as time continues to move forward… eternally circling forth….

Sunlight & Shadow

I am wondrously awed by the validation of how necessary and significant it is to allow the flow of  feeling challenging emotions. Anxiety, fear, anger and frustration do serve to give the guidance needed. Offering insights into what possible actions, goals etc are coming to our attention.Whereas visualizing lovely and pleasant images of our desires, offers a vibration that allows manifestation via the Law of Attraction.

The balance and necessary piece of of it all is our experience of our feelings triggered by the circumstance. Can we experience it as guidance offered that ultimately supports our individuation, for as we respect our experience and feel into the darker harder feelings, there eventually is a breakthrough opening that opens into compassion and guidance.

Compassion, mercy. understanding, heartfelt self love and acceptance dissolves resistance. Thus balanced with the premises of the Law of Attraction movement forward into manifesting ones hearts desires can unfold…..or an extremely reasonable facsimile of it. The beauty and joy of the paradox of sunlight and shadow. Gotta have it all.

Oh My, So Much time has gone by…….

Still and all it is so amazing to be here….within the midsts of many challenges,still ongoing as I write this. I am so aware of how my awareness of ordinary  day to day existence is extraordinary.

As I move through a maze of challenges I am seeing, with strength and grace…a sweet, connected life unfolding.

Indeed sometimes it takes loss and disappointments to clear out extraneous baggage no longer needed..Dr. Rachel Naomi Remen has said “Sometimes what seems to be a catastrophe is the foundation to live a well lived life.”

And so onward and upward with fascination and wonder this miraculously, magnificent journey  continues to unfold.

And we are here to tell and listen to our stories ……….

“When will our consciousness grow so tender,that we try to understand conflict rather than try to avenge it.” Eleanor Roosevelt

Perhaps,it is through the  growth and challenges of Capricorn,Aquarius and Pisces that we can evolve to that tender and wise place that Mrs.Roosevelt suggests in that quote.

Which brings us to the sign we are moving through now….Pisces…..

The main goal of Pisces is to experience pure consciousness….

The journey of Pisces and people born under that sign is one of compassion and forgiveness….

Random acts of kindness and love expresses the endpoint of the gentleness of Pisces.

The challenge is to stay grounded and connected to ones self on this planet earth in the here and now.So as to guarantee safe passage to a  more transcendent place. Otherwise escapism,chaos,fragmentation and disorientation can occur…….

And the only way back from that is to lose one’s mind and come back to one’s senses…..

The mad,sad,scared.gladness of the wonderousness of our instinctual beinghood.
