What the Full Moon in Scorpio needed….and still does.

We are moving through a time when the dawning of the archetype of the embodied Spiritual Warrior is slowly being made manifest. By demand.

We are in the midst of a critical mass moment where the Spiritual Warrior in all of us must emerge. As Neptune conjunct Saturn in Aries transits on.

Living in a moment where even Angels fear to tread, it appears to be that collectively we are on a global precipice of evolution. A time when we all must become the hero/heroine of the story.

In whatever way each of us is able to.

We’ve been in the midst of change and transformation for quite some time now. However, the intensity of it picked up speed when the Waxing New Moon phase in Aries on April 17th began.

The New Moon in Aries on 4/17/2026 was a moment of high velocity activation. It marked a final point of Karmic resolution by the very nature of it being at the latter degree of Aries. Bearing in mind that there are 30 degrees in each sign. That makes 27 degrees close to the point of mastery of the sign.

The Aries New Moon occurred within a stellium of 6 other planets which triggered some profound and potent energies.

The vibrant and spirited Aries Moon conjunct the Sun conjunct Chiron in its waxing movement forward triggered some deep significant vulnerabilities.

Bearing in mind, once again, the affect of the recent ingress of Saturn conjunct Neptune at 0 degrees Aries. Still in the beginning phases of weaving its influence through our consciousness.

However, the square Pluto in Aquarius formed by degree to the Moon/Sun/Chiron conjunction in Aries suggests transformation. Transformations imbued with issues concerning power. Real or imagined.

Such transformations that demand changes in structures and systems that must protect and preserve life. Not destroy it.

This moment in time demands being mindful of the relevance of past actions and behaviors. So to replace irrelevant paradigms and habitual assumptions with current, present-time and life affirming authentic expressions of self.

The Pluto in Aquarius square to the Sun/Moon/Chiron in Aries evokes power struggles and the need to emerge from them. To disengage from reactive behavior that is destructive. Rather to replace it with productive and empowered action.

Keep in mind the square to Pluto in Aquarius triggers intense transformation sometimes through merciless demolition. Reminding us that it’s through our knowledge and awareness of events as they continue to unfold in current time that we are empowered to become a part of the solution.

To hold that idea even as we are living in the midst of great transition, metamorphosis and growth, is its own form of power.

As the biblical adage says, “the truth will set you free”. It is necessary to be willing to see through the lies and deceit.

The energy of the New Moon conjunct the Sun at the latter degrees of Aries on April 17, 2026 inspired a significant shift in energy. This shift is as yet barely known but will become more clear to us as we continue transitioning on.

So that the Full Moon at 11 degrees Scorpio in opposition to the Sun in Taurus imbued the moment with a potent culmination of everything we have been through to date.

A culminating moment opening the door to a new season that evokes desires towards stability and a conscious use of resources.

The Full Moon always marks the energy shift from the build up of energy of the waxing Moon towards the waning Moon. The waning Moon is a time to release and reflect.

So through focusing inward we evaluate and take stock of where we are. It’s a time of letting go so we can set a new intention based on awareness of our current situation.

🌹 For the most part this piece is being written during the waning Moon cycle.

Even so, it’s the Full Moon in Scorpio that inspires dropping down metaphorically towards the mysteries contained in shadows.

To be seeking the mysterious secrets hidden beneath the depths of the psychology of consciousness. It’s motivation is to uncover hidden truths in order to foster breakthroughs and healing from within.

To transform through the merciless process of death and decay so as to be reborn. The Scorpio Moon in its obsession with process whose intention results in the revelation of hidden secrets.

Then it utilizes the knowledge to transform metaphorically into an Eagle. So to be able to soar above it all through the dignified heights of processed wisdom.

Scorpio Moon digs deep in order to excavate all the corroborated evidence and necessary clues required to put together a proved evidenced based reality that is congruent with truth.

After all it is through the comprehension of truth and its acknowledgment of power, or the abuse of it, that has the capacity to set us free. A freedom that supports sustainable life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

This brings to mind the flight of the Phoenix, the other process of Scorpio. The metaphorical archetype of the Phoenix who sets itself ablaze in order to rise up out of its own ashes transformed, whole and vibrantly alive.

With the Scorpio’s dynamic opposition to the Sun in Taurus, the ground becomes fertilized to plant food, flowers and herbs for our glorious utilization towards stabilized sustainability.

As much as this is my interpretation of the symbolic metaphor of these influences, how we experience and interact with them is within our own purview. Colored by the beliefs about the world and the lives we occupy.

So it is wise to be in touch with ourselves through awareness of our own experiences. It is also good to have healthy humility. So to be fully present for the many mysteries and challenges as they continue to unfold.

This is a stressful time as the Full Moon in Scorpio had been constellated with much tension and many challenges in the form of many square aspects.

However, the true potency of this lunation cycle is best illustrated through the “Finger of God” aka the Yod.

The Full Moon at 11 degrees Scorpio was at the apex of this powerful constellation.

The pointed finger itself formed a quincunx to Venus at 9 degrees Gemini which was widely conjunct to Uranus. Considering Uranus’s recent ingress to Gemini at 0 degrees whose influence is just beginning to unfold.

Venus conjunct Uranus in Gemini then sextile to Saturn/Neptune conjunction in Aries. So this was the base of the Yod which then formed a quincunx to the Scorpio Moon.

This Scorpio Full Moon Yod constellated at such a pivotal unprecedented moment as this indicates some sort of fated alchemy at work. Some charmed activation.

The influence of the Scorpio Moon invites us to utilize the experience of our emotions as a way to go within in order to let go of pretense. To breathe from our heart and soul ~ in and out…..

This helps us become aware of our feelings and emotions as a reliable source of getting to the truth at the heart of any matter.

So to be empowered to authentically manage changes leading to transformation. To be mindful of shifts in situations and circumstances that must be utilized to support our lives.

Then through inventive innovative ways getting our needs met on many levels. Through new ways of being in relationship to finances and resources such as food, shelter, daily supplies and necessities.

Especially clear that relationships must be based on the truth of our real needs. Then to apply that knowledge and understanding of these things utilizing the skills of good communication.

This allows for attunement which leads to harmonizing in a stimulating creative way through the sextile of Saturn/Neptune conjunction in Aries sextile to Venus/Uranus conjunction in Gemini.

The base/motivation of the Scorpio Moon is to birth relevant systems and structures into being as part of their regeneration towards reality and truth. So that networks of communication intended towards life affirming interconnection of possibilities emerge. To be built through being steeped and saturated in the premises of integrity and compassion.

All containing the premise that when we serve the many we are serving ourselves as well. Not the other way around.

To value the relevant authentic connection to our collective and individual psychological depths in order to move forward with our lives. It’s all part of the story of our journey, both collectively and individually.

Now, for the t-square…..

Gotta love this t-square since it involves the Full Moon in Scorpio in its opposition to the Sun in Taurus both square to Pluto in Aquarius.

Have you noticed the intensification of power struggles?

It is true that the Full Moon in Scorpio elicits transformation through emotions and feeling experiences.

However, the Scorpio Moon in direct opposition to the Sun in Taurus evokes topics of selfhood and stability.

So these two must find a meeting point halfway between of compromise.

To strike some sort of integration that leads to balance of the two influences.

By themselves it’s an interesting yet somewhat challenging endeavor.

However add to the mix the tension constellated through the square they both form to Pluto in Aquarius.

This friction ignites pressures that serve to force the termination of something and/or at the very least, the awareness of necessary shifts that must be reckoned with.

The square to Pluto in Aquarius is actually a good catalyst. It’s apex to the opposition stimulates purging beliefs of toxic baggage that restricts living life to the highest potential. The intention contained within this t-square is to help us become aware of the need to align with our heart and soul’s desires.

The tension caused by this t-square is intensified by its composition of Fixed signs. Taurus, Scorpio and Aquarius, all Fixed. Hence, there is a great deal of resistance to the necessary changes required.

Having therefore imbued this Full Moon in Scorpio with a significant intensity to evoke multiple challenges along with the propensity towards slow moving shifts.

With Fixed signs it’s a slo-mo experience. However the Fixed energy also has a propensity towards determination and perseverance.

Pluto in Aquarius elicits awareness of issues around control and trust. This could be a teaching moment bringing to light hidden agendas.

Time to uncover truths. Speaking truths that acknowledges what is real, as in a shared evidenced based reality, is how trust is restored.

The adage,”truth hidden in plain sight”, comes to mind. It just must be made conscious and acknowledged. Perhaps the truth is all here right in front of us. Just waiting for enough of us to finally choose to see it.

There is a beautiful ray of encouragement in this conundrum of a t-square….

Venus the ruling planet of Taurus along with Uranus, both in Gemini trine to Pluto in Aquarius. Encouraging communication while dropping down into our senses. Through Venus in Gemini in the midst of Taurus season we are in the foothills of shining a light on the value of peace and harmony. To value and utilize the skill of good diplomatic communication to get there.

In the long run through awareness of the astrology of this moment as well as holding the intention of living life consciously fortified with love, anything is possible. As we learn to trust through actively respecting agreements on both sides of the equation, all will be well.

Aries ~ At this time choices being presented to you could cause you to act impulsively. While at the same time it is wise to listen to the part of you that values what you have acquired to date. The concept of the “calculated risk” is a helpful idea to consider.

Taurus ~ ✨🌞✨Happy Solar Return, dear Taurus! To begin your new year tantalized by so much curious information coming your way. It’s a time for you to be gathering information. Info to be utilized as a means of establishing stability in a very catalytic moment of change. Stay connected to the things that bring you bliss and comfort. That is one of your many resources that will always bring you towards what you ultimately need and desire.

Gemini ~ Sitting pretty and feeling balanced as Venus, the planet of love, peace, harmony and balance moves through your sign. So revel and enjoy this journey, while at the same time practice breathing, relaxation and meditation as Uranus is in the foothills of your sign. It would be a good time to journal if you do not yet do so. Most of all allow yourself to go with the flow of this powerful planet of disruption and liberation. This is a transit that will help you grow and expand your perspectives. It’s a time when you’re being asked to reflect inside and to be aware of what matters to you the most. This profound transit has the capacity to inspire you with ways to connect your ideas with others. Keep grounded, centered and connected to your mundane daily life as this extraordinary influence takes hold.

Pisces ~ Last but never least, dear Pisces. With a bit of pep in your step as Neptune, your ruling planet makes its way through fiery Aries. This is a time for being receptive to impulses that inspire you to take actions. However, your actions must be integrated with cognizance of your present situation. The purpose is to insure that your motivations for taking actions are integrated with current circumstances. This will also enable you to go with the flow of building new systems and structures based on the changes and shifts occurring on a planetary level at this critical time.
