I am always filled with wonder at the Full Moon whose presence is being illumined by the Sun opposing its position.

As it is visible here on Earth.

The Full Moon always reminds me of the realness of our presence within the infinite Universe.

There was a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse On March 14, 2025

In astronomy the Lunar Eclipse is when the Sun, Earth and Moon align in a sort of straight line with the Earth in the middle.

When the Full Moon moves into the darkest part of the Earth’s shadow, the Lunar Eclipse has reached its totality.

North Eastern totality was reached and would have been visible from 2:26 AM – 3:31 AM EDT 3/14/2025

However, the astrology of Eclipse season contains insights into dynamic karmic patterns. This is due to the interplay of the Sun and Moon with the Nodal Axis.

The Nodal Axis is a point of Divination within the 360 degree circle of the Zodiac. It’s actually calculated by the point where the Moon’s orbit intersects the Earth’s orbit around the Sun.

The Ascending North Node is where the Moon moves into the Northern Ecliptic Hemisphere. Astrologically and psychologically it’s a place of learning new life lessons.

The Descending South Node is where the Moon enters the Southern Ecliptic Hemisphere. The South Node represents past lessons that emerge as familiar patterns and points of comfort.

The Lunar Eclipse in Virgo on the 14th of March, 2025 accentuates the South Node in Virgo. As just mentioned the South Node reflects back to us lessons from the past.

So on the 14th we had the Virgo Moon conjunct the South Node which is always in opposition to the Sun in Pisces conjunct the North Node.

Once again as mentioned above, the South Node holds the lessons we have learned from the past. At this moment it’s the teachings and innate skills indicated by the sign of Virgo.

Virgo is a feminine, receptive mutable sign.

Traditionally Mercury is the ruling planet of Virgo. Virgo’s attributes such as analytical thinking, practicality and a meticulous nature aligns with Mercury.

However, the discovery of the asteroid/mini planet Chiron on October 18, 1977 made sense for Modern astrologers to consider Chiron as co ruler of Virgo.

Chiron considered to embody an uplifted aspect of Mercury’s energy.

Chiron, the archetype of the Wounded Healer aligns with Virgo’s focus on healing, health and spiritual understanding.

Chiron’s influence allows for an evolution of Virgo’s energies. Chiron as co ruler of Virgo along with Mercury emphasizes self care and the integration of body and spirit.

Mercury stations Rx at 9 degrees Aries on 3/14/2025 until 4/7/2025. This is significant since Mercury was the ruler of the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse. In slow motion this Mercury Rx from Aries to Pisces allows for re-examining the past. Perhaps bringing to attention opportunities missed along with cancellations and disruptions.

Mercury Rx in Aries will add extra energy into whatever issue might be on your mind. So it is good to breathe and be mindful of what you are thinking before you speak it.

Venus Rx at 7 degrees Aries is part of the Sun/Pisces stellium and the North Node.

Venus in Aries has a yin/yang energy to it. It could serve as a blending of the feminine principle with the masculine principle. To feel and be whole, healthy and well integrated in order to live a prosperous well balanced life.

The Virgo Full Moon was the pinnacle of a magnificent Grand Trine. As Pluto at 3 degrees Aquarius widely trine to Uranus in Taurus at 24 degrees then trine the Virgo Moon conjunct the South Node.

This is a moment that harmoniously energizes assimilation of new innovative concepts towards practical application.

All this as we continue to witness attacks on peoples and organizations that seek to progress with humanity in mind. The light of the Full Moon in Virgo along with Uranian influenced alternative news media is to shine a light to make us aware,

This momentary Grand Trine can bring some ease to the challenging moment we are living through at this unprecedented time. The harmonious energies eases some of the challenges so we are better able to be aware of what they are and how to counter then.

Uranus in Taurus and Pluto in Aquarius, two powerful outer planets trine to the Full Moon in Virgo lights the way towards transformation in order to clear the way for liberation. Particularly with the Nodal Axis being a significant part of the equation.

Trines to the Moon in Virgo coordinates these two beacons of change and transformation towards assimilation and organization. With rebirth as it’s final destination.

Through these electromagnetic air waves there is a new understanding about life that has the capacity to build forms and structures that supports life.

This Full Moon Lunar Eclipse has the capacity to bring to consciousness the comprehension of a new vision as we move on through this season of Pisces.

This works very well with the ongoing Grand Sextile of Neptune/Pisces to Pluto/Aquarius which forms a trine to Uranus/Taurus. As illustrated below.

These outer planets which indicate generational changes by virtue of how slowly they orbit through the Zodiac contains transformational energetic shifts.

As we keep moving forward, as we breathe and stay present centered, we continue to move one step at a time. That’s how we embrace our power.

Cruel, heartless, treacherous and unsound decisions that impact the majority of many people. Many people of many nations of the world that results in needless suffering.

It is good to be aware of it. This is the awakening needed and necessary at this pivotal moment of shifting consciousness.

When we are able to feel the rage and fury about it, it is a healthy impulse.

To know that it is our instinctual need to survive being elicited. With Mars in Cancer at this time we must be motivated to protect.

We are witness to an illegitimate, illegally victorious and unconstitutional president and his unqualified administration try to put into place the world no one needs or wants. That is but a few who do not respect the human rights of others.

Due to some inaction from the past, we, the people, have now been put into the hands of unqualified people.

An unfit president and his people who view the world through a prejudicial, antiquated narcissistic paradigms layered with their own wholly unresolved pathological issues.

The Universe never fails to bring in from “Central Casting”, the characters to publicly indicate all too often through pain and suffering that change is gonna come.

“Without the pain there’d be no growing, without the hurt we’d never change.”

So here we are.

What a bunch of characters to motivate us to see what is just plain unlawful, undemocratic and wrong headed.

It is truth that we must breathe into our experience so as to allow ourselves to be fully present and aware of what is getting played out. It’s by being consciously aware that we begin to embrace our power. It’s the pain of the moment that motivates us to go forward.

So it MUST be, that as a large population of empowered and awakened souls, such as we the people, who simply seek to live, work and love in peace.

We must speak out in order to illustrate the reality of the importance of this moment. We must make our voices heard so the law which is on the side of we, the people must prevail.

From a planetary astrological point of view these alignments support the work that needs to be done to affect the transformation in order to bring about the metamorphosis towards progress that is needed.

Ultimately as masters of our lives we all have the capacity to determine how these energies will be made manifest.

Speaking of angles and aspects, Jupiter in Gemini continues to be square to Saturn in Pisces. With this angle of friction we are reminded to be mindful of striking a balance between expansion, contraction and limitations.

It is helpful to know that in these times of chaos, confusion and uncertainty that plans and ideas may need an ongoing rethink. Specifically as Venus and Mercury are Rx.

Mars, ruler of Aries, transiting through Cancer forming a square to Mercury Rx challenges communication by clouding logic with emotional intensity. Perhaps on some level as a people’s that intensity is needed now. Albeit, mind you that mindfulness with good intention is for the most part a good discipline to put in practice as well. I believe the word for it is diplomacy.

This moment at the time of the late Winter as Pisces season is wrapping up and the twitching of Spring is in the Air, is a beneficial time to deal with old unfinished business.

To focus on clearing the air that needs clearing from the past. To tie up loose ends within the next two weeks as we prepare ourselves to move forward towards the Solar Eclipse in Aries on the 29th. And the ingress of Neptune to Aries on the 30th. More about that next time. So stay tuned.

Slowly emerging from a time of restlessness and erratic situations caused by Uranus transiting through your sign.
